Sorry, I know it’s been a while since I’ve sent out a post to all of you. I’m having a hard time keeping up on making the food, doing the dishes, cleaning, the fun paperwork, and all the social media sites as well. Hopefully we will get back into a groove and we can hire more support staff soon.
I love this time of year when the cherry tree starts to burst with color and brings joy to many people. We seem to be in luck with the weather and this week will probably be the best week to experience the tree in all its glory.
Now that our county is back in red we are preparing to hire some more staff and go back to serving on plates. For now though we are still packaging everything to go, but you’re more than welcome to sit on the patio or one of the three tables we can serve at indoors. All of the back and forth with service and overall lack of business has once again made pushing forward into more service a little more difficult for us. Our menu will continue to be shortened. We will add things back as it’s makes sense to add them back. We will get there we just ask for everyone’s patience as we work it out.

Jambalaya…..Tri tip and Prawn
Roasted James Ranch Lamb Melt…with a blueberry bourbon glaze, cheddar cheese, and horseradish cream sauce.
Cornbread flaps….. two cornmeal flapjacks with bacon cooked inside
Sierra Fritatta….. egg, smoked trout,tomatoes, capers, spinach, red onions, chèvre, topped with our roasted tomato sauce. Served with choice of fries or a salad.
Breakfast Sandwich…. egg, choice of ham, bacon, andouille sausage or tofu, spinach, cheese and choice of mayo, bbq sauce or hollandaise on our house made bun.
